Manchester Park Street is, along with London King’s Park, McKinley’s other principal terminus station.

It was also part of McKinley’s original design, and underwent significant refurbishment and enhancement in 2024. The station is served by the blue / black mainline. Park Street has always been a mixed traffic station, with four passenger platforms, a brewery, and dedicated space for mixed van freight classification.

As part of its recent upgrade its central passenger tracks (on platforms 2 and 3) now have operational crossovers which greatly enhance DMU movements in and out of the station). As with London, Manchester has an extensive loco servicing area with coaling and diesel facilities, loco storage, a turntable and carriage stabling. The station is run by two people: a station manager and another operator.
